Terms & Conditions
Last updated: November 4, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Cass Trucking Inc ("Cass Trucking," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of cass-trucking-inc.com (the "Site") and the driver application submitted through it.
By accessing the Site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
01 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. To be considered for interstate driving positions you must meet all applicable federal and state requirements, including the minimum age of 21, a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) of the appropriate class, a current DOT medical certificate, and the qualification standards of 49 CFR Part 391.
02 Driver applications
- You agree that all information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete. False, misleading, or omitted information may result in disqualification or, if discovered later, termination.
- Submitting an application does not create an employment contract, contractor agreement, offer of work, or guarantee of an interview.
- Any engagement is subject to our hiring process, which may include a road test, MVR review, previous-employer safety performance inquiries, PSP report, FMCSA Clearinghouse query, drug and alcohol testing, and background checks, each with your separate authorization where required.
- You authorize us to contact you by email, phone, or text using the details you provide regarding your application.
- We may decline or remove any application at our discretion, consistent with applicable law.
03 Program and pay information
Descriptions of our OTR program on the Site — including "Pay is 82% of gross," "$2k – $4k weekly," flexible options, and newer trucks — are general summaries for informational purposes only. They are not a promise or guarantee of earnings, equipment, routes, freight volume, or home time.
Actual compensation depends on factors such as the type of engagement (employee or independent contractor), freight availability, miles driven, rates, deductions, expenses, applicable taxes, and individual performance. The binding terms of any engagement will be set out only in a separate written agreement.
04 Equal opportunity
Cass Trucking is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Applicants who need a reasonable accommodation during the application process may contact us.
05 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit applications on behalf of another person without authorization, or impersonate any person.
- Submit spam, automated, or bulk submissions, or attempt to bypass rate limits or anti-spam measures.
- Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or databases.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site except as permitted by standard search engines.
- Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, or in a way that could damage or impair it.
06 Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, imagery, logos, and the "Cass Trucking" name — are owned by or licensed to Cass Trucking and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
07 Imagery disclaimer
Some images on the Site are illustrative and may be digitally created or enhanced. They may not depict actual drivers, routes, locations, or the exact condition of any specific vehicle, and people shown are not necessarily employees or contractors of Cass Trucking.
08 Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites such as Facebook. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
09 Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
10 Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASS TRUCKING AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cass Trucking and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or inaccurate information you submit.
12 Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and applicable U.S. federal law. Any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises. Nothing here waives rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.
13 General
- Changes. We may update these Terms at any time; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use means acceptance.
- Availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.
- Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
- No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Site.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction.
